Cyndi, wow! thanx for the beautiful words, i am in tears right now, i didn't think anyone would find me, let alone leave me comments so soon. I briefly scoped yur page and you look fantastic, i will have every word you sent me close to my heart, and in my mind. My countdown is coming and i am so full of every emotion there is, best wishes and hope to be in touch... xoxoox Nicole

Cyndi.......I sincerely "THANK YOU" for your love,support & blessings, this truly means a great deal to me. As my surgery approaches on the 3/29/06, I have been thinking on how it will be on the other side. I have asked for everyone's prayers and blessing on my WLS as well as the future success... I know that my journey ahead will have some bumps, but I will remain strong until the road smoothes out.....Congrads on your weight goal!!! one day we will be saying this about me!!! LOL... I will kepp you posted for sure and this will not be the last time we chat....We are family that will continue to grow more and more, in closing my Dr. has a marvelous track record, so my heart is at ease!!!! Thanks a million for all the encourgement & blessing.....

Hi Cyndi. Thank you so much for the supportive message and the well wishes, can't tell you what it means to me. I checked out your journal and pictures as well, and you look absolutely beautiful! Congratulations! I'm getting so nervous/excited about my upcoming surgery. Looking forward to posting regularly once I have something to say. Thanks again Cyndi :)

Hi Cyndi, I have finally figured out how to respond back ! LOL ! At least I hope this is the way I am suppose to. I just wanted to thank you bunches for taking the time to send the words of encouragement. This is a really emotional, happy, exciting, scared, postive, etc time of my life. I cant wait till I am on the recovery side. You have done wonderful in your journey, and I hope I can follow in your footsteps. Pam

Cyndi!! Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers...I have completed my 1000Cal diet and I'm on liquids...Carnation Instant and Slimfast optima 3 each daily....until 2 dats befor surgery and then it's my BIG day...Thank you so much...and You Look Marvelous

Thank you so much for your letter of support. I am very excited and have already embarked on this journey in my 2 weeks on liquids. Lots of chatts with myself. Leaning towards understanding that this is a clensing time for me...a time to reflect and get pointed in the right direction for a healthy mind and body.
