Today I found an online test that tells you based on specific questions your recommended WLS procedure.  I scored 92% for RNY and 85% for VSG.  I also found out that my insurance will pay for RNY, VSG, or DS with my current BMI and comorbidities.  Yay, I win the prize for having enough crap wrong with me to get my surgery approved through insurance ...... thats both fantastic and surreal.  I am so scared for my current health situation.  I feel like its a blessing and a curse to have this new information.  Oh well, I will push through the panic I am feeling and use this knowledge to get the ball rolling for my WLS.....I obviously need it!
