Anxiety - I have been anxious all week.  I ordered some shakes(using  the word loosly) from Unjury.  They taste good. I with they were thicker.  I am skeptical that those shakes will sustain...

Rough Week... - The title says it all.  I was snowed in and it did not slow my eating.  I am so looking forward to a smaller stomach.  Well I know its a new week, so I will do my best to shake it ...
