On the Way to a healthier 2008

1. I have just committed to exercising 1000 minutes for the month of January.  This will help me meet my goal of losing 56 pounds in 2008.  If I reach my goal I will be 200 pounds and will have lost 125 pounds since surgery.  I have been at a standstill since June 2007 so losing weight again will be motivating to me.  
2. Drink 48 or more oz of water each day.  This is a big feat for me as being a teacher I am busy all day and going to the bathroom freely is problematic.  I need to do what is best for me.  If I want to meet my goal than this is something I must do.
3. Get my daughter more active and choose healthier food options.  She is on the same negative road that I traveled on as a child.  I do not want for her to go through the same things that I did.  So, I must conscienously help her without being too critical.
