Im back!!

one week later and I'm back to myself.  wow what a week, i had some flu and it was terriable.  Eating and rinkign was the last thing i wanted to do.  Which is not good at all, but withthe help of my trainer she told me to drink lots of fluids and hydrate myself well.  So, i had lost of tea and juice.  Resting was a big help of course.  yesterday i went out walking again and felt great. 

After six years im still battling this issue with food, i still find that i slip back and will eat something when im not hungry or i will just grab and eat whatever when i get too hungry...  it's more of a mental thing.  I have to stop and think about why I'm eating and channel my energy to something else...so i grab my water and step out side to walk....but that is not esy at midnight when im up writing .  so i grab a protein drink....


Tip of the day:  instead of eating late at night, grab a protein drink.  Protein build muscle and muscle burns fat, so you end up buring fat as you sleep...
