Thank you all so much for your support. I am 12 days out now and feeling great! I lost several pounds right away and the scales are slowing down, but I expected that. I just have to keep making good food choices and keep walking! This website is really a blessing to so many people. You are all angels to offer your prayers and support. God bless you!! Susan
