I am so happy, but at the same time I am scared and sad too. It is so weird, I thought that I'd be ready to get in there and get it done, and while I am I am scared too, thinking that it is going to happen really soon and I'm sad too cause I will have to say good-bye to my old best friend food. Oh well such is life and I know that I will have lots to look forward to and just knowing that I will be able to do things that I haven't or never have is worth it. This year we will be going to Flagstaff for the week of New Year's and I am planning on going skiing with the kids, something that I was never able to do being fat, well I'm going to be fit enough by Christmas to do this. I'm so excited.

Okay, so I finally get a hold of the dooctor's office today and ask her if I can get my surgery scheduled, and she tells me, "Oh, umm, the doctor has requested a cardiac clearance before we can shedule surgery." WTF!!!! Why didn't you tell me this weeks ago so that I could have gone to my pcp to get the needed referralto see a cardiologist!!! I was so mad! Then she tells me that she can give the name of a cardio doc to see and I have to remind her that everything has to go through my pcp, and then she's like well do you have the fax number for your doctor's office? Hello!!!!! who is supposed to be doing this stuff?!! I mean am I supposed to do the surgery mayself too?! I'm just hoping to get the referral quickly and get this done so that I can get this surgery done, I am sick and tired of health issues.
