Okay i'm on day 2 of my Optifast... and I have NO ENERGY to do anything! I'm totally out of breath, emotional and I just called in sick to work.  I could hardly make it to my car without keeling over! I am totally out of breath just walking a few steps.  Does this get better? It feels like my sugar level is dangerously low.  Will I get some energy back?  Because right now I'm an emotional sack of potatoes on the couch! I am aloud broth and jello, but no veggies, correct? I was also told not to take any vitamins...   

 

Well my path to my new life is now set.

I saw my Surgeon, Dr. Aarts, last Friday, and I got my surgery date! 

Wednesday, January 8th, 2014 is the big day! 

I start Optifast on December 1st. 2013. 

Exciting times ahead! 

I'm getting closer!

Finally my appointment to see my surgeon, and hear my surgical date on June 24th. Really getting excited about this life changing procedure... Amsterdam is getting closer and closer!
