Work out

Over the weekend I got up the courage to try the standing elliptical machine, as I have been doing 30-45mins on the recumbent elliptical at least five days a week.  I was able to do 5 mins, which is much more than I could ever do before.  So today I decided I would focus my workout on the standing elliptical and was able to do 30mins on it!  My legs were cramping but I just kept saying five more mins, you can do it, and I did.  I am so happy that I can do this, it means that I am getting more fit with all the exercising I do.  This definitely helps with the motivation to keep it up.  I feel that with these workouts, I definitely am contributing to my over all weight loss.  I am just so happy to achieve this goal!
