Hi, Francine here I've been over weight for some time now (since 1989), serious health issues has effected me a great deal mentally and physical. The opportunity came in a conversation with my PCD about Lap Band "God answers prayers in the simplest ways " I did my research and decided Gastric Bypass was best for me. My journey started on 7/28/08 on my 43rd Birthday to become a more healthy fit ME, to make myself happy no other one but me! Even though I have a Loving and Supportive Husband ,3 teenage-almost grown adult children, this journey is for me and ME 1st to live longer and be able to enjoy life to the fullest ! Nov 4 Phys Evaluation done, Dietitian class done, Nov 25 Sleep study done only to find out I have Sleep Apnea, Dec 11 Dr. Consult_Evaluation, Lab work done. Now waiting for Insurance approval to hear for surgery date January 2009 !

BC-BS-SC INSURANCE IS MY PRIMARY INSURANCE _CHAMPVA IS SECONDARY WHICH I ALREADY KNEW THAT BLUE CROSS WASN'T GONNA PAY ,BECAUSE THEY STOP PAYING FOR THE RNY SINCE 06 BUT SECONDARY INSURANCE AUTO PAY WITH CO MOBILITIES WAS APPROVED WITHIN A FEW DAYS DATE SCHEDULED JAN 21 2009
