Gail, though I'm not around much at all anymore.....I did drop in on the right day to lurk. I have followed you for over a year now, as you were one of the first people from the CA board to welcome me and lend support. There are a few people here I really miss and you are one of them. Remember me Gail? We met in Martinez back in May. I just read your profile and how interesting is that? I am so glad you decided to have this surgery for yourself. You will be so jazzed. My diabetes has gone away after 3 months out of surgery. No more insulin and no more diabetes medications. The best thing that ever happened to me. You will appreciate it too. Karen
