He answered ALL of my questions (I had a ton), he made me laugh and I could tell he cared about me-Immediately.rnI have since seen him in the office and he seemed busy but he still took time to answer my questions (yes, I had more) and I like the fact that he looked directly at me and even patted my hand as if to say, \"I understand and I am here for you\".
