Finally home

I had my surgery on the 19th and it's the 24th now. The surgery went well. Not a whole lot of pain, I mean no more then I expected. I do have an infection in one of my incisions. It's a pretty serious infection that my family MD back home is taking care of with strong antibiotics. I'm running a fever and having ooze dripping out of it. My dr wants to see me back in the morning after these antibiotics i've been on so far and see if its' getting better. If it's not getting better, then she said they will have to take out my stitches and open it back up and drain it and pack it. I really dont want that! I'll post more about my experience with Dr. Almanza when I'm feeling better. There are some pro's and there are some con's for sure. I just can't help but think this infection could have been prevented or at least caught a lot sooner but as I said, I'll go into that more later.
