Another 2 pounds....

I woke up and passed the scale today, then on a second thought stepped on.. down 2 more pounds. After an almost four week stall this is awesome. I was starting to be convinced that I was not going to lose another pound. I have always stopped at 234. This is the smallest I have been in 13 years. I love it. I feel it in my clothes, I see it in my reflection.....Praise God!!
