Finally some weight loss

I weighed myself this morning and I finally lost nine pounds.  To me, it was a relief and quite incredible given the holiday season.  I must give a great amount of credit to this website.  Reading the testimonies of others and learning along the way has done a great deal for my motivation and learning just what Im supposed to be doing.  So thanks to all!!! 

Although I felt like I had to start over and I did use a master cleanser, I fell like I am finally making some headway, however, I have very very little restriction.  I go for a fill next week and that should take care of that issue.  Im hoping
