I have not been here for a while but I am so happy with the change in my life. I have lost 153 pounds and I am in a size 8 and I feel so good. What else could I ask for God has been so good to me. My family is all doing ok and I feel like a new person, May God Bless all of you. Shelia

I can not believe it I am in a size 8 jeans.  God is good.

I got all my blood work back and it was all good.  I am so thankful for my health and the wt. lose.  151 pounds and 150 1/2 inches lost.

I went to the dr and he said I was doing great. Said I was where he wants me and to keep up the good job.

My husband took me shopping for a dress and we found three he liked and he told me to get all three of them. The best part they are size 10.  I would have never belived a year ago and size 24/26 I would be able to get in a 10.  God is good and life is good.

I have lost 147 pounds.  I still can not believe it. It has almost been a year now. God is so good.

Well I have lost 139 pounds and I am about to say this is all I want to lose.  But I guess my body will stop when it should.  I just hate to have anymore loose skin.  But it is better than the weight.  I feel so much better and look better in my clothes, And I love to get new clothes again.  I hated the tents I wore before so I better just say thank you Lord and quite complaining.  I am happy and healthy.

Last year my wish was to lose weight and this year (today Jan. 17) I am 137 pounds lighter.  This year I am so happy and feel so good with all this weight off.  God sure has blessed me and gave me the Ohio board people to help me thru the good and bad times.My family can not belive how much I have changed as far as my health and getting around and doing so much I could not do last year.  Life is great.

Well I have lost 136 pounds now.  I get my grandson in the morning for two days.  I can not wait.  He is 2ys 9mo old and he is so sweet.  He talk to me last night on the phone and said he wants mama and him to make cookies.  I ask what kind and he said. Mama choc. chip. like is there anyother kind?  hahaha  I feel so much better now than this time last year.  I will be 58 next Wed and I feel younger this year not older.  This weight loss has sure made my life better. I feel so much better. And I am so thankful for this chance.

Nine months today since my surgery and I have lost 134 pounds.  I am so happy. I have smiled all day. God is so good.  I feel so much better and can do things I could only dream of before.  My daughter told me the other day. Mom I am so proud of you and you look so good and younger. That means a lot to me.  Have a Happy New Years to all.
