Weighed 202.6 this morning, highest THIS TIME was 220 around 1st of June, border line diabetic now so need to watch sugar intake real close. Have been using SF products for some time. My mother was diabetic over half her life so guess I was due, my brother and older sister have had type 2 for many years, will just have to deal with it.
Got 2nd of 3 Synvisc injections in left knee on wed; was doing better but change in weather today has it aching again, at least it is just one knee, so can be thankful for that. Oh, on a good note, had mammogram on monday, and received word it was
normal" whopee.......
