just a note, been through alot the last 3 months, now total lost is 105lbs..new pic soon..

62lbs lost and counting..

Hello everyone,,heres the stats; first week liquid diet i lost 10lbs. Second week liquid diet i lost 7 lbs. Now one week postop i lost an additional 15 lbs. for a grand total of 32 lbs since March 1..Yooorayy.... having trouble with anxiety and all the changes but im sure everthing will be ok..just wanted to let everyone know how i am doing..

I HAVE A DATE!!!!!!! MARCH 16..i go this afternoon for bloodwork and I have to go tommorrow to have a blod clot filter installed. and after 1 week on my liquied diet i have lost 10lbs.whoooohoooo..

Started my liquid diet yesterday, consisting of a protein shake ( i chose unjury chocolate) for breakfast and 1 for lunch and a very small chicken or fish and veg and fruit for dinner. Pop is out, starting drinking fruit punch crystal light and its really good. Snack at 1 per day is either surgar free jello, sugar free pudding or sugar free popsicles..yesterday was real tough, extremely hungry and constant headaches. Today is a little better i hope as the days continue i will fully adjust to this, i have to do this for 3 weeks to a month. ugh!!!

Just got done a couple hrs ago with my 3 hr preop class that turned into 8:45-12:20..very educational. First lady was behavorial specialist, talked about the pyscological side of this, second lady was the dietician talking about the before and after diet part of this. The third lady was a nurse that went over the procedure and what i need to do to comply with the whole process. All 3 ladies were extremely nice and i enjoyed the classes very much..

Im approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.i am finally going to be able to get rid of this baggage..Tenantive Surgery date is March 8...I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
