Well, Im back to weighing myself everyday again.. I do better this way, because then Im more conscious of what I eat… When I don’t weigh myself everyday my mind tells me it is ok to have a lil bit more of this and a lil bit more of that as I have time to work it off before the next weigh in..

So far.. Im at 229.0 which I am really happy about.. Im out of the 230’s and the 240’s and only have  12 more lbs to go before loosing the 10% I need to loose before surgery.. so Im really psyched about my progress so far..

Ive been running every night .. I started with 1 ½ blocks of running and 2 blocks of walking and Im now up to 6 blocks of running and 6 blocks of walking.. very impressive if I say so myself!! 

I got the Wii Fit.. which is so much fun.. I do about 30 min of that in the evening but will move it upto 45 at least.. by this week..

I even do yoga with it in the mornings.. Yoga?  Me? Wow….amazing!!!  lol

Tomorrow I go for my sleep study.. I just want to get it over with already.. I know its going to be a nightmare but I have to do it .. so I will..

Only 13 more days before I see the surgeon and with only 12lbs to go before I hit my goal.. it is looking like I might just pull it off.. or at least be very close to the 12lbs. Weight loss..
