oh my what's changed in my life, I ride on the back of my husband's
motorcycle, I fit in chairs, cross my legs, etc.
I'm so glad i did this down 172 pds about 40 more to go.......
but baby steps I'll get there
keep on truckin; along.

IT'S BEEN ONE YEAR I'M SO AMAZED IN THE ALREADY TRANFORMTAION, IT'S WONDERFUL, I WISHEDI HAD DONE THIS
SOONER IN LIFE, I'M SO HAPPY.
I HAVE 81 MORE PDS TO LOSE BY MY STANDARDS BUT I'M O.K.
BABY STEPS  BABY STEPS I'LL GET THERE.

one year older alot lighter in weight didnt' make my goal for birthday 
but that;s o.k. I'm only 1-2 pds away depends on time of day i way.

went to a country concert last night, carrie underwood/keith urban
great I danced, and danced and fit in the chairs, it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

keep on tracking.

I HAVE 5 PDS TO LOSE BEFORE MY B-DAY AND I SO WANT TO BE THERE HOPEFULLY THE WORKING OUT I STARTED WILL HELP AND I CAN GET TO THAT BEROE NEXT SAT.

oh my it's starting to slow down for me but it's not easy got so much crap food around with so many saboatogers in my life. i try to get away from them sometimes it's not easy.  

at least i didnt' gain at chrismtmas this year i was so excited with that i just would like to be down 7 pds by my birthday next month so i need to get busy on the tred mill and exercise bike. 
with so much stress in my life i'm not surprised i haven't gained more or at least not lost anything.

GREAT 6 MONTHS OVER AND 113 PDS DOWN, THOUGHT IT WOULD NEVER COME, NOW ON TO MY NEW DIGITS AND MORE WEIGHT TO STILL DROP BUT I'LL GET THERE.
NEW ADVENTURES OF HAVING PROBLEMS OF NOT FINDING CLOTHES I WANT TO WEAR, IN MY NEW SIZE, I'VE GONE DOWN FROM A 5X TO A 1/2X DEPENDS ON THE  MAKER, I'M SO FEELING GREAT. NOW I'M AN ADVENTURE OF NEW BEGINNINGS OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON HAVING TO DEAL WITH SEVERAL FUNCTIONS COMING UP AND PEOPLE SEEING ME,

SPEAKING OF PEOPLE SEEING ME RAN INTO A FRIEND HOW HASN'T SEEN ME AND SAID DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS ME, I STILL LOOK THE SAME , I HAVE ANOTHER 90 PDS TO LOSE AND STILL OVERWEIGHT ( WITH THAT BMI-FACTOR) BUT I FEEL GREAT . 
MY HUSBAND SAYS I DO LOOK DIFFERENT I DON'T SEE IT. SO IT'S HARD. BUT AS LONG AS I FEEL GREAT AND I DO.............

I WAS GETTING WORRIED ABOUT SLOWING DOWN BUT I'M .KNOW 
KICKED IT UP AGAIN WITH THE WATER AND CRYSTAL LIGHT AND LOST 5 PDS IN TWO DAYS. I'VE LOST A TOTAL OF 110 PDS FEEL GREAT I'M FINALLY UNDER THE 300 I'M SO EXCITED............. ONLY ANOTHER 95 T0 GO,, BREAK IT DOWN I KNOW SO IT'S NOT OVERWHELMING.

still losing hair, went to support meeting others said it could take 6 months. how depressing, never was vain until now............. i'm adjusting slowly to that, will i have upped my vitamins and also doing the protein protein.

went to the doctors on tuesday last week, all is doing well i was having the dizzy spells it's normal ( they thought a little dehydrated- but wasnt' ) so i was worried about hair loss i've had alot happen thank god for lots of thick hair. but besides that they uped vitamins and everyone is telling me about shampoo,. so i'll do that. too hot to excersise.......... yuck. 

down on my scales 6 pds since went to the doctors which makes it a loss of
104 pds gone i'm so excited i can't stand it.............. i went to a cocert on firday to a toby keith and sweated my butt off and had a good time.
we are going to anothe concert in october nd i'm hoping the regular seat wil be fine for me...... i'm sure it will but i'm scared alittle.

 not feeling to well 
some dizzy spells haven't told my husband he'd be all over everyone for being stupid right now. just trying to do the protein and protein.. so hard still losing hair. taking msm like told to help next step prenatal vitamins going to look on the forums to see what works.
