I am new to this site and would like to say hello!  I had the vertical sleeve surgery on 01/11/2010. My start weight was 351lbs, today 05/09/10, I weigh 285lbs....Yayy Me!!...It has been 7 years since I was in the 200's...I feel great!   Well I am open to any questions and advise....Good luck to everyone on their journey!
