I have a lapband x 7 yrs with numerous complications over the years and actual wieght gain since my last unfill/refill. I am considering going to Mexico for revision. I need advice as the the best revison sleeve vs bypass vs switch and the best Dr. Thinking about using Dr. Louisiana Valenzula.
