Good morning  all I am so sorry that I have slacked off keeping you guys up to date on my status but I am 1 year out and I have lost over 120 pounds since my day of surgery  and over 140 from my highest weight. I have had no problems that I couldn't handle I have gone from a tight 32 to a lose 24 (no longer do I have to suffocate in my clothes). I enjoy life so much more. Please if anyone wants to contact me feel free.

Well I am happy to say that I can now get weighed on the little girl's scale it's sad when the 350 pound scale is the little girls scale. I have been walking getting all the vitamins in and extra protein. I still see no difference but everyone else can see it. I am so proud becase I have  wonderful daughters that dig in my ass if I try to go off program. I have the very best friend in the world that helps me when my daughters are not around thanks fngrs132 I could have never made it without you and GOD. I would like to reach out to anyone that comes across this post to know that I am here just drop me a line....

Here it is 19 days after my (new) birthday and I am still a little scared because other than eating and drinking differently I don't feel different. I mean I am sleeping well,walking at least three miles a day. I don't know why but I expected to feel differently energy levels down. I have had one bout of sickness because I didn't take my time eating and it got stuck. Now don't get me wrong I feel a huge difference when I am parched I want to gulp my water and I know I can't and that pisses me off because it seems like I want more and more. I am soooo tired of liquids but I am kind of scared to mess with any thing else. Thanks for letting me vent.

 On a good note I go back for my check up on Monday the 28th and I hope that I am meeting the goal that Dr.V has for me. I will keep you posted.

Hello fam I am doing great on the dealing with the pain but I have this OVERLY full feeling even after just having a piece of ice but I have been getting all of my vitamins in and I am getting in half my protein. Any pointers I will take them all. 

Hello family I am back at home and my dog kicked my butt but I held her back. Ok for the most part I feel good I just get tired quickly I have tried to sip sip sip but I am not doing very well so far but I just got home but I feel full but I am going to get a sf ice pop. I will keep you updated. Pictures soon coming with in the next few days. Thank you all,

Well Fam I have officially reached the loser side. I want you all to know how much you have helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is time for

My day is approaching in 5 minutes. I will be joining the loser's bench today. The nervousness has not hit me as of yet but the nervousness is hitting everyone else for me. I will let everyone know how I am as soon as I can see straight. LOL

I went to my pre-op yesterday and learned more about the pre-op stuff and the extra things I will need for surgery and afterwards. I want to think EVERYONE for all of your words of wisdom and support. You will never know how much it means to me.  

Hello OH family how about I got my date I am thrilled. I will take ANY suggestions. It don't matter what anything you can offer is great.
