Losing my pre op weight

So I weighed myself today and I lost 3 pounds! 9 more to go until I am at my goal weight to have the surgery. Today I tried (somewhat sucessfully) to do 20 minutes of Billy Blanks Cardio Bootcamp. Let me tell ya it kicked my butt! But the good thing is that I was able to keep my heart rate within my target weight loss zone. I have a heart rate monitor that tells me when to slow down etc to keep within my target weight loss zone. I love it! I highly recommend it to everyone. It keeps me focused and beeps to let me know if I am working out too hard. And the best part is that it tells me how many calories I burn and keeps track of my workouts. Its awesome.
I would have lost more but alas, my willpower faded a few times. Hey poop happens right? LOL! Group has taught me not to beat myself up and to move on. So I am trudging along. My goal right now is to do 20 minutes of cardio each day for a week then add 5 minutes the next and so on until I'm to 45 minutes a day.
