Ok had a WOW moment this week at work, I was walking down the hall and a women that I see occasionally came thru a door and saw me...She stopped dead and said "Hey you have lost alot of weight Huh??" I told her I lost 114 lbs she said "WOW, I kept meaning to tell you, You are looking great!" that was on monday and now everytime she walks past she just laughs and says"you crack me up I cant't believe how diffrent you look!" Makes ya feel good when someone takes notice of the change.
