Just used the help button to figure our how to post something. I just joined this website and want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! This site so far has been very helpful in answering many of the questions that I have Post-op surgery in October. Hoping this site will help to provide me with the support that I need and so far...lots of people going through the same things that I am. Wanted to say hello to everyone out there and join you guys on your journey of wellness and weight loss. Look forward to hearing from you.
