I met my surgeon

I met Dr Tholey for the first time over at Einstein Montgomery. I could not have been more comfortable with her. She was so easy to talk to and she actually sounded excited to help me through this. I'm off to a good start. I guess my next step is to meet with the nutritionist. I'll see her on Wednesday. I'm excited for my appointment. I just need to surrender to the process.... If I do what the experts tell me to I should do great. I have to remember not to think... Just to do. Obviously I don't know what I'm doing, or I wouldn't be in this mess. If I can keep myself in this mind set all will be well.
