"I had my first pre-op appt and knew that I was going to be in good hands! Dr. Urbandt and his staff explained everything in detail and provided a very detailed information packet to take home incase any questions I did not think of at the appointment could be answered. The office staff is great too! They are so helpful I had to call a few times about questions and was given an answer right away or called within a few hours. I can't think of one thing I do not like about him or the staff. Aftercare is very important and he recommends calling with any questions right away so no problems arise and if they do they can be handled quickly. The risks of surgery were explained at all the pre-op appts and he made sure there was a clear understanding of the procedure and what was expected of me after the surgery. I would give him and his staff a 10!!! "
