These %^%$^*** tickers GRRRR

Ok so I can't get my password to work on my Tickerfactory ticker.  You would think they would let you at least delete it.  So Icreated  another one here in OH but that now shows up and won't delete the other one.  Why is this not transparent?  I mean why can't you delete this dang thing if it won't edit?  I am totally frustrated.  This is the reason why I didn't participate with OH the updating is too difficult.  GRRRRR it ticks me off.
