"Quiet, small fellow, answered all my questions, seemed to want to steer me to RNY and I discussed it with him, but I prefer the lap band. WhrnWhat I don't like about the office is that I can never get a hold of these people they say they have office hours between 9AM and 5PM and lunch between certain hours, but they still don't answer the phone during the time they claim they are open. I would suggest they invest in a better answering service or at least use it better. Once you get a hold of them, they are great."
