Things were going so well. I started losing weight and feeling great and now all of a sudden I am at a stand still...It is like the weight just stopped coming off. I am so frustrated right about now and I dont know what to do. It is so early in the game for this mess. I think it is partially my fault as I have been on the scale every day and making it control me. The minute I see that there is a difference I go crazy!!
Ok it is a new week so I hope I get it right this week because right about now, I feel so sad...
