6 months since surgery, and today I weighed in at 147. Minus 60 lbs since surgery and -65 since I had my first appt with the Dr. My goal is 135 so I only have 12 more lbs to go to be at my goal. I've been thinking about having some skin removed, but its only been a thought. Haven't talked to anyone about it.We'll see what happens.Eating has gotten easier. I still am not drinking enough, and don't get enough protein yet. I am not taking any kind of protein powder, should probably look into it.
