Almost at My One Year Anniversary and Have Went Beyond My Goal

Today is May 9th, in 12 days I will be at my one year anniversary on May 21!! When my journey began I weight 213 lbs and my BMI was 36.6. I now weight 122.6 and my BMI is 20.9. I am now healthy. People ask me would I do it again "YES". I feel so much better and have so much more confidence in myself. I thank God and Dr. Mitchell every day for helping me. I will post some new pictures soon.I have not been able to get on the web-site lately. My husband was in an accident on 11/22/09 and has undergone 2 surgeries (one neck and spinal decompression and he had a tumor on his pituitary gland). The past 5 1/2 months have really been tuff.
I hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss journey. I will keep you posted as to my one year check-up on May 19th.
