Today is my year anniversary

that I had this surgery. I started this journey at 374 and now I am 195 a year later. With so many wow moments. I can breathe easier. My asthma is still here, but I don't have to use the inhaler every day as I was before. I don't complain of knee pain like I did before.
I made the right decision to have this surgery.
Eliptical -

Tonight, I did it for 23 minutes and on an incline with 4 resistance. It felt good to be able to do it.

I did 22 minutes on the eliptical tonight. I did it on a 25% percent incline and 4 resistance. That was hard to do.

Vacation to Minnesota

I just got back from my Vacation to Minnesota and seeing the Mall of America. I had a big WOW moment. I was able to fly without getting an Extension.

That was very important to me to accomplish was doing a 5k walk. I accomplished that walk, because I did the Walk for Obesity at Fair Oaks Hospital.

Don't wear the right size bra.
I am so happy with my surgery and how well I am doing. I have not been wearing the right bra size because I never got measured since I have lost weight. I started at 52DDD and I did finally get mesured. I went down to a 38DD. I also had a gift card for my birthday and I used it at Catherine and bought my first pair of jeans in an 18W. I also went to Dress Barn and got a pair of non-black pants which I usually wear. The color of my new pants are brown.

I went to Kohls's looking for pants for my 17 year old because he starts his job at CVS on Monday, July 24 and we needed to get him Khaki Pants. So I also looked for Pants for me. I was able to find one in a size 20w.

To everyone on the board. Yesterday, I went to a block party and there was someone who hadn't seen me in a while, she could definitely tell the difference and said that I looked wonderful.
My 40th Birthday

Today was my 40th birthday. I wasn't really looking forward to it because it means I am getting older. I have lost 134 pounds as of now. I feel very good, haven't had any complications. I can do more things. I am adding a minute to the eliptical and last night I did 16 minutes. I still have asthma, so I have to use my inhaler. (It is also my father's birthday).
