Day 1: Start liquid diet
Weight:  277.2 lbs.

Schedule:
7am drink Protein shake (costco brand)
8-11am Water ( 24 oz)
1130am Drink Protein shake (costco brand)
12-330pm  Water (20 oz Powerade zero - fruit punch)
3pm 8oz fat free chicken broth and SF Jello (cherry)
5pm Drink protein shake (costco brand)
530-9pm water (20 oz crystal light pure -strawberry/kiwi)
7pm 8oz beef broth
9pm drink protein shake (costco)

I have a headache and I really really want something to eat!! I know its all in my head, but I want this fuzzy brain dead feeling to go away. I know its going to get worse, I just pray i get through this. I have to do this. I keep telling myself to take one day at a time, and this will get easier, and will help me in the long run. I am not physically hungry!!
