As of today, I am one month post op and down 26 Lbs since surgery, four and a half for the last week and a total of 83 Lbs since December 15, 2011.  Also, today I started jogging during my daily walk.  I am using 10K app for my iphone and ran for 60 seconds and walked for 90 seconds over 35 minutes.  It felt good and I hope to continue.  I also officially start my soft stage diet today even though I have been eating soft foods for the last 10 days with no problems.

I am know down 21.4 Lbs since the day of surgery.  Overall I am down over 78 Lbs since my heaviest recorded weight in December of 2011.  Overall, I am completely recovered from surgery though on some days I still have some periods of fatique.  Hopefully, next week I will be starting to job with the help of the app 10K.

At my two week surgeriversity, I have now lost 14 Lbs.  I am currently at 346.4 Lbs and can say that I haven't been this low in over 10 years.  Recovery has been good with little to no pain at this time.  I am eating about 500-550 calories a day with an average of 60 to 65 grams of protein.  That is low for what the nutritionist wants me to eat but I just can't at this time.

Just got home from the hospital from my July 17th surgery.  Don't feel to bad but still having some aches and pains.  Just glad that the surgery is finally over.

I had my final pre-op meeting yesterday and was weighed in at the bariatric center at 363.7 lbs.  I was 386.5 at the introductory meeting on 6/26/12.  This gives me a total loss of 21.8 lbs in 16 days.  My surgery is now scheduled at 7:30 am on 7/1712, next Tuesday.

Second pre-op meeting today, 6/28/12, and I am down to 378. 7.5 LBs in two days.

Officially started my pre-op fluid diet today.  Had my surgical orientation yesterday and officially weighed in at 386.5 by their scales.  I have my second of four meetings tomorrow, 6/28/12, and a surgery date of 7/17/12.

Just found out that my surgery has been moved up to July 17.  I don't know why but I'll take it.

Approved for the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on June 5 and am scheduled for surgery for July23.
