Faxton - St Lukes Healthcare (COE)

"This hospital is going through some growning pains while it is merging with another hospital. Pre-op registration as well as some pre-op testing is in an entirely different location. You aren't told until you arrive at one or the other whether or not you are in the right location. Housekeeping was terrile even after being requested by nursing staff. I found that if I didn't request to have my container for measuring my fluid out-go emptied, it did not get done. Oh yeah, one last thing...take a box of tissues into the bathroom with you....there will be T-paper..but you won't be able to get it out of the holder except in tiny pieces. PS...the only reason I give them horrible on restful stay is because I was directly accross from the nursing station"

Matthew A. Fitzer

"I loved my surgeon from the moment I met him. High energy, positive, smart (looking at the documents on his wall anyway !), and importantly up-to-date on latest (I knew this too from checking out the frames on the wall!).rnI wanted/like a doctor who is high energy, enthusiastic, knowedgeable, and a good teacher. Dr Fitzer was all those and more. He took all the time I wanted and answered every question I had (some more than once!!).rnI would recommend him to anyone considering this surgery."
