Ok so this is day two of getting back off diet soda. I had the surgery and my tummy talks back to me when I drink soda! I hate this!!! So I have decided it is time to get off soda COMPLETELY. Today is day two and I am down to 3 cans of soda. By Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 I will be off soda. I have a couple people I work with who are going to try and stop. This is not just a "New Years Resolution" this has to be a complete life change to stop drinking it. I only have 30 pounds left to lose and I want to do this. this is my year to be healthy and happy! I am worried about the headaches, hopefully they go away quick.

Hey everyone! I am hoping to get yo know some of you and hopefully help each other out. I had gastric sleeve surgery March 31, 2011. I have struggled through the holidays and I want to get back on track now! I used to not like soda at all and one day i had a sip and I haven't stopped drinking it since then. My goal is to stop drinking it again starting January 3rd. I ha a co-worker who i wanting to stop drinking to so I said I would stop drinking it with her. Is anyone else having a hard time. I have 30-40 more pounds I want to loose and I would love to lose it before the summer. Ideas? Any support and help is much appreciated. I have worked hard to get here and I refuse to go back.
