Need some feedback~

Ok so I am about 8 months post op.....and I eat ALL of the time. I feel like i am getting back into my old habits!!! HELP ME!!! I want to snack constantly. My surgeon doesn't say much about it but i am worried. I am able to eat sugar and pasta......shouldn't this be making me sick?!!?!? I crave chips and dip.....what is wrong with me?!?!? I was just on vacation for two weeks and gained 4 pounds......what is going on? (turns out this was water weight....i doubled up on my BP meds and lost all of the extra weight overnight!!!)  any suggestions are more than welcomed!!!
