9/26/05 Waiting for insurance approval. Have done al I can right now.....I had my consult with Dr. Bilof on Sept. 13, '05 and since then have had my psych. eval., doppler, and blood work. I have the cardiac and GI tests scheduled for the next 2 weeks. Hoping to get surgery date for early Nov. Still nervous about the surgery! Good friend of mine had a bypass in Jan'05 and is doing fabulous. She is the main reason for my decision to have the procedure. Wondering about the difference in results between lap band and G. Bypass. Is it that different???? Hmmm....
