Down another 6 lbs

So I went in for another check up and I am down another 6 lbs, I was hoping to be a bit more but I hit 220 I havent seen 220lbs since before I was pregnant with my last child. So in just 4 and a half months I have lost 56 lbs and gone from a size 24 to a size 16, I LOVE MY BAND. So far I have done very little exercise and I know I need to get my butt to the gym and I bet I would lose it a bit faster and start toning up some so that is my  next goal to start going to the gym at least 3 times a week. We will see how that all goes because already I am finding myself a bit overextended. I have agreed to be co leader for both my daughters Girl scout troops so now I am a brownie leader and a junior leader. I am also on the committee for my sons boy scout troop as well as the troops Popcorn Kernel, and I am also starting back to college full time in September so I hope through all of this I will maintain my sanity.
