I had my husband take my pre-op measurements. Since I am sure I will lose them, I am going to post them here so I can compare later.

Shoulders: 46 3/4
Chest: 51 1/2
Biceps: R 15 1/2 L 15 1/4
Waist: 53
Forearms: R 11 1/2 L 11 1/2
Hips: 56
Thighs: R 28 1/2 L 28
Calves: R18 L 18
