"What was your impression of him?rnDr Raja was great... from the very beginning. Upon my 2nd visit, which had been schedule the day before my surgery at my request, there was a problem with the sleep study which delayed my surgery. Dr Raja was SO understanding and made arrangements for me to get the needed testing that night and only post poned my surgery by one day. rnrnHow would you describe his office staff?rnThey are the best! Everyone that I encountered in his office were so helpful and understanding... even when I called in with stupid questions. :) rnrnWhat should future patients know about him?rnHe will tell you exactly (in detail) what you are expected to do, and then he'll expect you do it. He and his staff will do everything they can to help you through the process but it's up to you to meet your goals. Some people may not like this, but it was exactly what I wanted and needed. rnrnWhich is better, surgical competence, bedside manner, or are both great? rnCompetence is definitely more important than bedside manner... but with Dr Raja, you'll get the best of both! rnrnThe one negative experience I had was involved in getting a return phone call, but that was only one time and it turned out they were having phone line problems. rn"
