My hair wont stop falling out!!!!

Hello everyone....well all is well with me....besides the fact that my hair keeps falling out EVERY DAY!!! Every single day when i shower and brush my hair the brush is filled with my hair!!!! Does it ever stop??? I dont wanna be bald!!!!   I  knew that this was a side effect but when does it stop?? Luckily i have very thick hair to begin with......but at the rate im losing it, its getting thin fast!!!  Any advice would be appreciated
