"42 grams in 3 fluid ounces is enough of a reason to at least try this stuff out! I mix mine with a little water and drink it on ice. Yummy taste. Comes in several flavor, I prefer the Fruit Punch and Orange."

"I recieved a sample at my post op workout class. *Side note* I really pick my surgeon mainly for his post op care. One of the benys is we have to attend a monthly work out class with a trainer. Its a great class, so much fun! Anyway, I got the sample after class, mixed it with one of the many waters I carry with me! Its so good! Each packet is 15 grams of protein! I use two at a time, mix it up in my blender bottle and pour it over ice! Yummy! It even better with some berry Propel water! A little pricey but worth it for the taste!"

I really have a fear of hospitals, ther are scary to me but I could imagine a more positive stay in my life! I have a renew faith in hospitals and Nurses are now my favorite people in the world!
