hello all i began on  this road 12/08/2008  started my 6 mos visit with doctors then i finished by may but 1st visit with dr chapman was 04/13/2009  knew what he said was worth it all i need my life back i finish all tests and everything on 07/16/2009 so sent all off for approval but was denied on 07/29/2009 for the 6 mos was not good enough so now i am waiting on the appeal i pray it goes in my favor i am ready to get the tool to help me finish what i started
