Calcium - I had surgery April 11th 2012 how much are you taking daily?

Almost 2 months picture -

6 weeks!!!!!!!!! - 6 week check-up blood work was wonderful they wanted a 20% weight-loss I gave them a 21% weight-loss I am loving the changes

Protein Question - When drinking a protein shake, are you suppose to spend an hour drinking it because it's 8oz? I can drink a 8oz in about 1/2 hour.....is this ok? Am I getting all the protein...
