today my sweetheart and i went to the clinic and since surgery in december, my sweetheart has lost over 84 pounds, and i have lost 64. it feels awesome, to see the change in our lifes, and feel that motiv ation and feel the extra strength going on. focus, keep focus, and go forward. miracles happen.
