My journey began in November of 2006 to have this weight loss surgery. Now it is hard ot believe it is going to happen on Monday July 30, 2007. It's taken almost a year for me to get this far. It has been a long hard journey , that I thought would never end. The first Doctor I went to lost his certification for my insurance carrier so I had to find a new Dr. The next Dr I went to wanted $1000.00 up front. Then finally after all that I found Dr. Colquitt in Maryville. Then still slowly, everything started to fall into place. I have been to so many seminars that I thought I would just scream. Then I thought I would never have all the right paperwork together. It was a very long process. I'm just trying to keep it short on here. Finally, Monday is just around the corner. I am so nervous and excited all together. It is very hard to describe. My time has finally come.....
