**10 Day Post-Op**

Went to my follow up visit with my surgeon today and weighed in at 294 pounds.  Highest recorded weight was 321 lbs, Surgery Weight was 312.   I can't complain.  I'm still in the full liquid phase and each day it's getting easier to get in my protein/fluids.
